30 Lessons I Learned From Conducting 30 Podcast Interviews
Try these if you want to fast-track your personal development
About 6 months ago I made the decision to overcome my fear of creating public content and launched a podcast, TR Talk, with my friend. We focus on interviewing leaders about how millennials can fast-track their personal development.
It
was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only have I learned a
lot through the process of creating and promoting the show, but the
guests we’ve had have offered amazing advice. Advice that I wouldn’t
have been able to get otherwise.
We’ve
had 30 interviews. We’ve had a wide range of guests — family members,
sales experts, our bosses, professional athletes, best-selling authors,
CEOs and a US Olympic Gold Medalist.
I took a moment today to reflect on the most important thing I learned from each episode.
If you’re looking to take your game to the next level, try any of the tips below. Or you can listen here.
