Sacramento Police Fails to Identify themselves as they Killed Stephon Clark Laying on His Grandparents Backyard with his Hands over his Head

WEST SACRAMENTO CA (IFS)-- According to the Video released by the Sacramento Police, the police officers that shot Stephon Clark from behind a blind fence, never, never Identified themselves as Police Officers -- they just started shooting.  Clark only had an iPhone in his hand.  The below video has not been edited, like the ones you are watching on television and around the internet as that video has been altered. by 1min30sec.

The Question is why did not the Helicopter pilot Police Officer radio and tell the cops on the ground that Clark had surrendered and was laying down on the ground with his hands over his head?  This all really is starting to fail the "reasonable persons" theory.   You have either recruited "stupid cops"- or you just don't give a dam. The whole situation smells to high heaven and like a "cover-up". - KHS

29th Street Officer-Involved Shooting

On Sunday, March 18, 2018, at 9:13 p.m., officers from the Sacramento Police Department (SPD) were dispatched to the 7500 block of 29th Street regarding a subject breaking into vehicles.  The caller stated that the male subject had broken car windows and was now hiding in a backyard.  The caller described the subject as a male, 6’1”, thin, wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.
SPD Officers arrived on scene at approximately 9:18 p.m.  The Sacramento Sheriff’s Department’s helicopter (STAR) was on scene searching for the suspect as well.  At approximately 9:25 p.m., STAR advised they observed a subject in a backyard and began to direct SPD officers to him.  STAR advised the subject had just picked up a toolbar and broke a window to a residence.  The helicopter then observed the suspect running south, towards the front of the residence, where he stopped and was looking into another car.  STAR continued to update the officers and guided them to the suspect in the rear yard of a residence in the 7500 block of 29th Street.  Officers entered the front yard and observed the suspect along the side of the residence.  The officers gave the suspect commands to stop and show his hands.  The suspect immediately fled from the officers and ran towards the back of the home.
Officers pursued the suspect and located him in the backyard of the residence. The suspect turned and advanced towards the officers while holding an object which was extended in front of him.  The officers believed the suspect was pointing a firearm at them.  Fearing for their safety, the officers fired their duty weapons striking the suspect multiple times. The involved officers held their position for approximately five minutes, until additional officers arrived.  Officers approached the suspect, handcuffed him and began life saving efforts.
The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene by fire personnel.  The identity of the suspect will be released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office once the next of kin has been notified.
Homicide detectives, Internal Affairs, and Crime Scene Investigation Units responded to the scene to begin the officer-involved shooting investigation.  As part of the department’s protocol, this incident is being investigated in conjunction with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office, the Sacramento City Attorney’s Office and the City’s Office of Public Safety Accountability.
The two Sacramento Police Officers involved in this incident have two and four years with the Sacramento Police Department.  However, both have four years prior law enforcement experience with other agencies before joining SPD.  None of the officers involved were injured in this incident.  Per department policy, the officers involved in the shooting have been placed on paid administrative leave.
This incident falls under the City Council policy on Police Use of Force.  As a result, the video and audio associated with this incident will be released to the public within 30 days.

Andrew McCabe Oversaw Criminal Investigation Of Jeff Sessions

Andrew McCabe Oversaw Criminal Investigation Of Jeff Sessions
The attorney general was accused of lacking “candor” during congressional testimony.
By Sara Boboltz and Ryan J. Reilly

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe authorized an investigation into Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ alleged lack of candor during congressional testimony over his contacts with Russian operatives last year, a source with knowledge of the matter confirmed to HuffPost.
ABC News first reported that Sessions had been under investigation, and that the attorney general was unaware of the probe when he fired McCabe for the FBI official’s own alleged lack of candor during an internal review of how the bureau and Justice Department handled investigations into Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign.

Gina Haspel - Trump's pick as CIA - first-ever female director

Gina Haspel, the newly nominated first-ever female director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), is a career intelligence officer with more than 30 years' experience.
Controversially, she ran a prison in Thailand where suspected al-Qaeda members were tortured by waterboarding in 2002.
The so-called black sites - secret overseas locations where the CIA carried out what it termed "enhanced interrogation" techniques - were closed by former US President Barack Obama.
Ms Haspel's appointment last year as deputy director of the CIA caused controversy.
Christopher Anders, deputy director of the American Civil Liberties Union's Washington office, told the New York Times he was "gravely concerned" about the appointment.

Trump Torpedoes Tillerson

President Trump has fired Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and will nominate CIA Director Mike Pompeo to replace him.
Trump announced via Twitter that Pompeo will do "a fantastic job," and that Gina Haspel will become the new CIA director.

“I look forward to guiding the world’s finest diplomatic corps in formulating and executing the president’s foreign policy,” Pompeo said Tuesday in a statement released by the White House.
The Washington Post reported Tuesday that Trump asked Tillerson to step aside on Friday, but other reports say the secretary of state learned the news over Twitter. Tillerson thus cut his trip to Africa short to return to Washington. However, State Department spokesman Steve Goldstein said in a statement that Tillerson "did not speak to the President (prior to his firing) and is unaware of the reason."
"The Secretary had every intention of staying because of the critical progress made in national security. He will miss his colleagues at the Department of State and the foreign ministers he has worked with throughout the world," Goldstein said.
